Mr. Kun-Lien Tsao inaugurated the Jang Wuel Steel Machinery Co., Ltd. the factory area was 600 square meters, the capital only NT$1,000,000.

Increased capitalization to NT$50,000,000 and purchased new factory land of about 2,000square meters.

Moved to the new plant. Total capital of Jang Wuel company reached NT$20,000,000.

Engaged in research, design, development & production for forming roller, and continuously invested the operation cost approx NT$3,000,000 , and set computer work & design center.
