APPLCABLE PRODUCTS :
* Designed for filling and metering various powders and granulate products, such as flour, crude sugar, milk powder, grain powder, salt, flavor essence, chemical powder and herb powder, etc.
FEATURES :
* The TS-1625/TS-2435 automatic form/fill/seal packaging machine is suitable for all types of free- flow and nonfree-flow powder and granulate products.
* The packaging machine and auger transmission system are driven by a servo motor for outstanding accuracy.
* The control system employs a touch-sensing screen for operational convenience.
* Packaging length is conveniently set as desired on the screen.
* Printing points photocell sensor is easy to adjust.
* Minimum sealing temperature variation Employs PID temperature tolerance within +/- 2°c.
* Product types and weights can be memorized for added operational convenience.
* Unlike the conventional welded auger with spring loaded, the material dutfeed auger on the sm-2435 is one- piece manufactured from stainless steel. It features superior metering accuracy in +/-5%.
* The cotroller provides a self-diagnostic function. If machine error occurs, the screen will display problem points and trouble shooting instructions. |
